Very rude staff and very slow service, we waited for almost 2 hours, we understand they are busy but the kind of menu they have shouldnt be that long of wait, what makes the experience worse, the counter person and the waitress never said a single apology like the word sorry! I have No idea that the only thing they have to say. I wont recommend thos to people who are hungry..
All day breakfast and lots on the menu. Their homemade fries and hash browns are yummy!
I had the worst customer service experience of my life here. Working in retail, that says a lot. I grew up in this area and am very disappointed with how the new management handles their business. They're breakfast food was repulsive. We ordered a late brunch with a large group of people and one of the orders came out with goopy pancakes. Not cooked. Although by the time they made it back to the kitchen, they were hardened from being cold... So the waitress came back and opened the pancakes with her hands to show us it was "cooked". We refused to pay for something that wasn't even touched and management said we had to, because they clearly can't afford the cost of running a reputable business. The manager tried to blame us for the poorly cooked meal because three of us went next door to the hotel for a Caesar while we waited (they don't serve alcoholic beverages with new management) but the person who ordered the pancakes never left the table at ALL. The management here is absolute garbage and their food isn't much better.
